Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Azure cloud service provider, with emphasis on the security architecture, Microsoft specific tooling and security principles/best practices - Security through identity;
• DevSecOps exposure and knowledge of industry specific processes and tools;
• Implement vulnerability assessments, identify application and infrastructure risks, define mitigation options;
• Solid understanding of current cyber-attack tactics/techniques and mitigation solutions
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, or ARM templates).
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and building pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Sentinel platform

By joining our IT Security team, you will:

• Perform the Azure Cloud Identity and Access Management administration and assure the response/resolution times specified in SLAs or in his objectives.
• Manage and optimize Azure resources to control costs without compromising confidentiality, integrity, and availability;
• Be primarily responsible for optimizing and automating the current Information Security processes.
• Be responsible to fulfill all the IT Security documentation related to the new projects;
• Be required to stay up to date with of all regulations and legislation related to the Insurance and Pensions industry (e.g. Norm4 FSA);
• Be responsible for creating and updating the procedures related to the security information management;
• Assists with the development and proper execution of security controls in support of security best practices, frameworks, and audits such as ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, CIS Benchmarks, etc;
• Provide input in order to implement the security controls accordingly to NN Group policies;
• Investigate and reports violations of security policies and suspicious actions or events;
• Improve and maintain cloud security solutions for monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and incident response;
• Participate in testing new security solutions or changes in the existing ones;
• Analyzing the impact of information on the company's analysis of Threats / Vulnerabilities / Controls from Azure Security Center;
• Perform health checks of the security systems configurations existing in Infrastructure;
• Be responsible to perform reporting both at local or group level for the IT Security processes.;
• Keep track of the risks to which the organization's IT system is exposed

In order to be successful in this role, we consider mandatory that you have:

• 3-5+ years professional work experience in cloud or information security
• Relevant IT background allowing understanding of the information technology and IT security area.
• Network Information security knowledge
• Information Security Risk knowledge
• English language – Advanced
• Negotiation skills - Medium
• Certifications: preferable Microsoft Azure Security Technologies, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Security Operations Analyst, CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
• University degree (technical preferred);
