Contact Center Officer

Department: Contact Center

Limited period – 12 months

 

Job responsibilities:

Formulate complete and correct feedback, solution and advise to clients’ requests regarding insurance contracts and/or private pensions - especially by telephone but also by e-mail, letter or face-to-face

Collaborate with the specialized departments in order to identify the optimum solutions for the client’s request

Offer support regarding the evolution of insurance policies/private pensions, providing the necessary documents to the client to end an action

Analyze, select and adapt the financial market information which has a direct impact for ING Life Insurance Investment Programs according to the client’s questions and typology

Ensure customer retention and product reselling for insurance contracts, presenting details regarding the protection and investment components; reinforces the insurance policy’s benefits

Ensure the correct processing of the pension collection process, by contacting the participants, or if case the employers and agents, to identify and allocate or return the contributions

Administrate participants and employers client applications – NN direct

Update the customers database (the client’s personal and contact information), give information to the clients regarding any disaccord identified in their contracts and it unravels any situation

Ensure, by an efficient daily activity, a high level of departmental productivity and smooth operational workflow

 

Job requirements:

University degree or student

Previous experience in client related areas

English skills (speaking and writing)

 

Competencies requirements:

Strog customer orientation

Excelent communication skills (oral and written)
