Our Pension Administration and Document Management team is looking for a new colleague for the role of Pension and Sales Administration Officer.

Job requirements:

  • University degree, Economic background, preferably
  • English skills (speaking and writing)

Competencies:

  • technical abilities (confident user of Microsoft Access, Excel)
  • attention to details
  • learning and investigation capacity
  • team player with very good communication abilities

Job responsibilities:

  • processing the subscription forms on P2 continuous subscription process and transfer between pension funds in the IT system according to specific P2 by laws
  • updating the participants' personal data based on the customers' requests and the procedures in place
  • if the received documents cannot be processed or other documents are needed, you will keep in touch with the marketing agent in order to solve the participants' request
  • preparing and checking specific reports performed within the division (e.g.: daily reports for obtaining the participants' confirmation regarding the signature from the subscription forms received; monthly reports that are sent to ASF and Sectorial Pension Houses in order to validate the continuous subscription forms, the transfers or the participants' personal data changes; prepare specific reports for the sales force);
  • processing the contributions received from the National Pension Houses and Sectorial Pension Houses
  • confirming the sums that have to be transferred between the Fund's accounts on transfer IN, transferring Out and collection process
  • uploading in the IT system the participants received from the Pensions Houses on lottery process
  • drawing up specific letters for participants/agents when needed
  • managing the authorization and re-authorization process for P2 marketing agents
  • planning and organizing the training activities for marketing agents
  • performing all the agents' data changes received from the sales force
  • performing all the activities related to termination of the agents’ contract
  • managing the payment process for marketing agents' commissions
  • drawing up specific letters for the marketing agents according with the marketing agents' request
  • sending and receiving specific reports to ASF to get the authorization for NN agents
  • changing the structure of the sales force in the IT system, based on the sales force management request
  • executing double check activities to assure the correctness of the transactions performed
  • coming up with recommendations to streamline the divisions activities
  • participating in the company's projects
  • performing UAT activities
  • leading campaigns for updating the personal data or collect electronic agreement for communication
