Object of insurance

The basic housing insurance covers the living space - house, apartment, villa, holiday home, as well as the additional buildings - storage, garage, shed, stable, swimming pool, sauna or storage room.

Duration of the contract

It is concluded for a year, and then you can renew it year by year simply and quickly.

Assured amount

When you establish it, you will take into account the value of your home on the market, i.e.:

the acquisition cost, the cost of reconstruction or the market value established in an assessment report. If you live in a house, please do not include the value of the land in the insured amount.

Insurance premium

What to do in case of an event

Home insurance can start with NN. It is important to know that optional home insurance comes with mandatory PAD insurance. If you do not have insurance at all, we also help you with offering the compulsory PAD insurance in order to benefit from an extended protection. Compulsory PAD insurance has an insured amount of EUR 20,000 and a fixed premium of EUR 20 per year.
